Where will the Louisiana Legends Gala take place?

What is the attire?

Dress for the Gala is black tie optional. Men’s attire should be either a tuxedo or dark suit, and women’s dress is formal or cocktail.

Where can guests park?

Friends of LPB has secured parking for the gala at the lot across the street from the Old Governor’s Mansion, located on the corner of North Boulevard and Royal Street. Transportation will be provided to shuttle guests between the reserved parking lot and Louisiana’s Old State Capitol.

Do I need to bring my tickets?

No. There are no physical tickets this year. Guests must check in at the registration desk.

What time does the gala start?

The evening begins at 6:00pm with a cocktail reception to be followed by a fabulous sit-down dinner with wine pairings to begin promptly at 6:45pm.

Will this year’s award ceremony be live?

Yes. This year’s award ceremony will be a live on-air broadcast. Guests who cannot attend can watch at 8:30pm on LPB-HD statewide, or live stream at lpb.org/livetv or on the LPB app, or LPB YouTube, or LPB Facebook.

Will there be an Auction this year?

Yes! There is an online auction that anyone can participate in. The auction dates are Friday, April 17, 2026 - Sunday, May 10, 2026.
