Louisiana Production Fund

There’s no place quite like Louisiana. The food, music, scenery, cultures, and traditions are just a few of the things that make our state such a treasure, not only to those of us lucky enough to call it home, but to the world. That’s why sharing the story of Louisiana is so important to LPB.

Over the past four decades, LPB has connected the citizens of Louisiana by producing programs and documentaries that showcase our unique history, people, places and events. Programs like Why Louisiana Ain’t Mississippi… or Any Place Else!, The Precipice, La Veillée, and Ziggy’s Arts Adventure are some of our most recent programs. To ensure LPB’s continued legacy as Louisiana’s Storyteller, Friends of LPB developed the Louisiana Production Fund as a way to ensure that many more programs like these will be possible for generations to come.
