THE CAJUN PRAIRIE, ARTISAN WEAVERS, AND SATURDAY MORNING MUSIC
LPB’s new travel series LA64 visits St. Landry Parish
LA64 - ST. LANDRY PARISH
LPB Special Focus
Monday 8:00pm
In the fourth episode of the series, LA64 takes viewers to St. Landry Parish, Louisiana’s working coast, where culture lives in its towns, traditions, and gathering places. Along the Cajun Prairie Byway, the program visits historic Washington, meets artisan weavers in Arnaudville, and experiences a Saturday morning music gathering in Eunice. These traditions offer a window into a parish where music, craftsmanship, and community continue to shape everyday life.
