LA64 - St. Martin Parish : Monday, April 6 at 8PM,  LPB SPECIAL FOCUS 
St. Martin Parish sits at the heart of Louisiana’s Cajun Country, where music, food, and heritage shape everyday life. The episode visits St. Martinville at the Acadian Memorial and beneath the Evangeline Oak and explores Breaux Bridge, the Crawfish Capital of the World, where Cajun and Zydeco fill local dance halls. 

LA64 – Lafourche Parish :Monday, April 13 at 8PM, LPB SPECIAL FOCUS
Lafourche Parish follows the winding path of Bayou Lafourche, where Wetlands Acadian culture continues to shape the region’s music, language, food, and craftsmanship. The episode explores the Cajun Bayou from Cajun jams and French Tables in Thibodaux to lifted bridges in Lockport and master boat builders in Larose. 

LA64 – Rapides Parish :Monday, April 20 at 8PM, LPB SPECIAL FOCUS 
Rapides Parish lies at the crossroads of Central Louisiana, where the state’s landscapes and histories converge. The episode explores Alexandria and Pineville before visiting the preserved lumber town of Long Leaf and the World War II training grounds of Camp Claiborne.

NOVA: Rain Bombs - Wednesday, April  22 at 8PM, An invisible force is causing chaos around the globe. Follow scientists racing to understand the catastrophic “rain bombs” that are sinking ships and downing planes.

Louisiana Grass Roots - Wednesday, April 22 at 9PM, Louisiana Grass Roots explores Southwest Louisiana’s endangered prairie ecosystem and the community efforts to restore it. Once stretching across much of the region, the Cajun Prairie shaped local wildlife, culture, and way of life. Today, scientists and local advocates are working to bring this uniquely Louisiana landscape back.
