Finding Fortunes: LPB’s Antique Appraisals returns for an exciting day of discoveries, stories, and surprises! Bring your treasured antiques, family heirlooms, and unique finds to be evaluated by experienced appraisers and learn more about their history and value.

This year, the event will also be recorded as a special LPB program airing in Fall 2027.

(includes appraisal of three items)

• A valid ticket is required to enter the event.
• All tickets are nonrefundable.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• A “collection” of closely related items may count as one item, at the appraiser’s discretion. If your collection is not accepted as one item, you will be asked to select the allowed number of individual pieces.
• Supporting documents (photos, notes, legal papers) are encouraged and may help appraisers provide more context.
• Items not appraised: vehicles, stamps, stock certificates, bicycles, fossils.
• Items not allowed: glass fire extinguishers, ammunition, fireworks, hazardous or illegal materials.
• Friends of LPB reserves the right to refuse appraisal of any item at its sole discretion.

• By attending this event, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and/or voice in event photography, social media, promotional materials, and/or on-air broadcasts by LPB.
• This event will be recorded for a future LPB program. Not all guests or items will be selected for recording, and being recorded does not guarantee that you or your item will appear in the final program. If selected for recording, you may be asked to remain at the event beyond your scheduled appraisal time. Please be prepared for additional waiting and filming time.
• Because this event will be recorded for an LPB program, guests and appraisers may not take photographs, record video, or make audio recordings anywhere at the event. This includes all appraisal, waiting, and recording areas, as well as any conversations or appraisals taking place during the event.

• Seating is limited. You may bring a lightweight portable chair or wheelchair if needed.
• Please do not move the provided chairs.

• Firearms must be antique firearms and must arrive unloaded and secured in a case.
• All antique firearms are subject to a mandatory gun check upon arrival to verify that they are unloaded.
• Firearms must remain in their cases while on event premises except when being handled by event security or the appraiser.
• Ammunition and modern firearms are not permitted.
• Swords, knives, or other sharp items must be securely sheathed or wrapped.
• By entering the event, you consent to a security search.

• Buying, selling, or making offers on any items is not allowed at the event.

• Ticket holders are responsible for transporting and handling their own items.
• You may bring a cart or dolly (non-metal wheels only).
• Items must be able to fit through a standard doorway.

• Appraisers will provide verbal approximations of value only.
• No written appraisals will be provided.

• Friends of LPB is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of items or for any injuries incurred during the event.
