Louisiana Public Broadcasting (LPB) is seeking an experienced HR Analyst A/B/C or Human Resources Specialist to support comprehensive HR operations from recruitment through offboarding. This position serves as the first point of contact for the HR Department. It is responsible for recruiting in LA Careers, processing personnel actions in LaGov HCM, payroll auditing and reconciliation, benefits and FMLA administration, Workers’ Compensation coordination, and monitoring compliance with State Civil Service Rules. The role also assists the HR Director with FCC and EEO compliance initiatives.
