Chef John Folse’s Cajun Louisiana
Join renowned Chef John Folse as he explores the culture, history and, of course, the cuisine of the Cajuns. The program includes a trip through Louisiana's swamps, a look at the Cajun Mardi Gras, a Cajun variety show and special segment on Cajun humor. John also discusses the efforts to preserve the French language in Louisiana and shows how Cajun delicacies such as jambalaya and boudin are made.
