Henderson Lewis, Jr., Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership within the School of Education, College of Human Sciences and Education, Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge. His research interest includes change management and governance models in school systems, leadership development for principals and superintendents, and mentorship of African-American males in education.
