Tracing Louisiana's Cajun history, beginning with the arrival of French settlers in Nova Scotia in 1604 and including re-creations, vintage clips and vintage stills. Among the Cajun musicians performing are Zachary Richard (who also narrates), Dewey Balfa and Beausoleil's Michael Doucet.
