HEALTH
The 2025 plan year Benefits Annual enrollment starts today, Tuesday October 1, 2024, and ends on Friday, November 15, 2024. The Office of Group Benefits (OGB) would like to update you on a few changes you will need to know going into annual enrollment this year.
IMPORTANT: If you would like to remain in their current OGB BCBS health plan with the same covered dependents for the 2024 plan year, they do not need to do anything EXCEPT update your HSA and/or FSA contributions as applicable. Their coverage will continue for the 2025 plan year. Just a reminder, that members enrolled in the HSA and/or FSA options MUST update their contributions for 2025.
- To update your Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA) contributions, please click here to complete the 2025 Flexible Spending Arrangement/Stop Form.
- To update your Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions, please click here to complete the HSA Enrollment and Payroll Deduction Election/Change Form.

Beginning January 1, 2025, the following changes will be in effect:
- A 6.65% premium rate increase for all BCBS Pelican and Magnolia health plans (2025 Premium Rates)
- New Term Life Insurance option:
- Effective 01/01/2025, OGB will begin offering the Enhanced Basic Term Life Insurance option with a max payout of $15,000 for the primary policyholder.

The OGB customer service line is open from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Please contact them at 1-800-272-8451.
Please submit all Annual Enrollment documents before Friday, November 15, 2024. Late enrollment documents will not be accepted.

- CATS Approver Page -
- All time should be entered no later than the Sunday which is the last day of the pay period, for those that may work on the weekends.
- Monday before 12:00 noon, you should certify your time in LEO CATS Time.
- Supervisors approve after 1:00 pm. Supervisors please seriously review dates and times in your audit process before you Approve. This will eliminate any errors in time and HR having to make corrections and recouping any overpayments.
