2022 LPB ANCHORS AWEIGH RAFFLE OFFICIAL RULES:

Grand Prize is a 2022 Vexus 1980cc with Yamaha VF115LA, Single Axle Aluminum Trailer with Victor Package, Front Baitwell Plumbing Option, Dual Pro 6X3 Battery Charger, Lowrance Elite 9 TI GPS, FF, Chartplotter, Minn Kota RT Terrova 80# Ipilot with 54" Shaft, Tilt Hydraulic Steering Upgrade. Entry form must be filled out completely and submitted with payment. NO facsimiles of entry forms will be accepted.

Raffle begins Tuesday, February 1, 2022.

All entries must be received by Monday, May 30, 2022 at midnight. Drawing will be held Wednesday, June 1, 2022.

Winner will be announced on LPB's website and social media on Wednesday, June 1, 2022.

Entrants must be 21 years or older.

A maximum of 10,000 tickets will be sold (bonus tickets not included.)

Tickets are $50 each, with discounted rate of 3 for $100.

No limit of ticket purchases by one person.

MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash and checks are accepted. Prize will not be awarded, and will be forfeited, if the ticket was issued in exchange for a check returned for “insufficient funds” or for a credit card charge deemed “declined,” “invalid,” or “stolen.”

Winner will be chosen by a random selection.

Need not be present to win.

Winner must claim prize within 30 days of the event: on or before Friday, July 1, 2022.

Winner’s name and prize(s) maybe used in promotional activity conducted by Friends of LPB or the Louisiana Educational Television Authority.

All taxes, including all federal, state, local, sales, withholding tax and any other taxes or government fees of any type whatsoever are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Insurance, licensing, registration, and title fees, any options not included with the Grand Prize as awarded, and any other taxes or expenses not explicitly stated herein are the Grand Prize winner’s sole responsibility. Winner is also responsible for pickup and/or transportation of the boat.

The prize is non-transferable and non-assignable.

Friends of LPB is a nonprofit, 501(c)3 organization. All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent of the law.

All entries must include a valid email address. Friends of LPB is not responsible for any change of email address, email unsubscribed, mailing address or telephone number of an entrant.

Entry purchasers providing the raffle with a valid email address will receive email confirmation. For all other entry purchasers, ticket confirmation will be mailed within thirty (30) business days of purchase. This is the only confirmation that will be provided.

Friends of LPB shall not bear any responsibility or liability for failure to provide notice due to a participant’s failure to maintain his or her contact information current nor due to unsubscribing from our emails.

Employees of Louisiana Public Broadcasting and Friends of Louisiana Public Broadcasting are ineligible to participate in the raffle.

By entering the raffle, the entrant agrees to receive periodic emails from Friends of LPB. Friends of LPB agrees not to sell nor to share information collected from entrants with third parties.
