The state continues being proactive to stay dry with a history of being the most flood-prone state in the U.S. Andre’ Moreau talks with Pat Forbes, Executive Director of the Office of Community Development and Matt Sanders, program manager of the LA SAFE program. LA SAFE is Louisiana’s Strategic Adaptations for Future Environments. Their new policy recommendations offer ideas about adapting to climate change, and how that could look as the state continues to lose land and experience more volatile weather patterns.
