CPRA Flood Protection System Debt

Andre’ Moreau talks with Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority (CPRA) leaders about their push to have the Federal Government and Trump Administration forgive part of a massive bill to pay for the multi-billion dollar flood protection system in metro New Orleans. They say the post-Katrina project from the Army Corps of Engineers is years behind schedule and those delays have racked up huge interest debt.

Incarcerated After Release Date

Natasha Williams digs into why Louisiana’s prison system and local jails including the Orleans Justice Center routinely keep people locked up for weeks, months and even years after they were supposed to be released.
