
Alisa Stevens

As the Community Programs Manager for SWLA Center for Health Services, Alisa Stevens is both passionate about the well-being of the community and committed to educating others.
She received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in Family and Child Studies from McNeese University.
Alisa has 17 years of experience in working with the community to reduce the risk of injury and death. She is a nationally certified Child Passenger Safety Technician Instructor with the Louisiana Passenger Safety Task Force, is a member of the SWLA Safe Sleep Executive Committee and Region V Child Death Review Panel.
Alisa has previously served as the Region V Child Safety Coordinator for the Louisiana Department of Health, facilitator of the Child Death Review Panel for Region V, the Public Education Coordinator for the Lake Charles Fire Department and Director of Safe Kids Lake Charles.
