Governor Jeff Landry and First Lady Sharon Landry team up with LPB to bring viewers an intimate evening of music and seasonal cheer featuring Grammy nominated country artist Deana Carter. This award-winning artist celebrates the holidays from the Governor’s Mansion with her blend of country and retro-rock that is as sweet as her smash hit “Strawberry Wine.”

It’s Christmas and Britain is in the grips of the ‘Big Freeze’ – the worst winter on record. Sister Boniface and her fellow travelers are stranded after a frozen coupling snaps, leaving the last carriages stranded in snow. When “The Star of the East” is stolen from its safe and a passenger is discovered murdered, Sister Boniface uses her considerable skills to solve the mystery. She must decide who among the suspects is responsible. But with little signs of rescue and a failing generator, passengers must contend with a more pressing issue – freezing to death.

It’s Christmas and DI Neville Parker’s larger than life mum is disheartened to see how down on romance Neville is – can she instill some festive cheer in her unlucky in love son? As Debbie’s hapless fiancé flies in on a rescue mission, the team learn that the victim’s picture-perfect family aren’t all that they seem.
