(Using today's technology to solve a 4,500 year old mystery! Discover Secrets of the Dead: Scanning the Pyramids Tuesday at 7PM)

Start an exciting week of travel, learning, and drama on LPB! 

Tonight at 7PM on Antiques Roadshow: Salt Lake City, treasures include Watson & Crick signed Double Helix books and an Art Deco jewelry suite from 1930. At 8PM it's Antiques Roadshow: Virginia Beach. Find out if a John Wayne mug collection is FAN-tastic or just Fan-fun. Then, at 9PM, it's an encore viewing of the Louisiana Governor's Debate 2019.

On Tuesday, travel around the globe with LPB and never leave your favorite chair! First stop is Egypt where we join a team of scientists inside the Great Pyramid of Giza. What will be revealed in Secrets of the Dead: Scanning the Pyramids at 7PM. Next it's on to Saudi Arabia for another hard-hitting episode of Frontline at 8PM. Frontline investigates the rise of Saudi Arabia's crown prince, his vision for the future, his handling of dissent, and the murder of Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi.

With their unique shape and skillsets, octopuses often provide the inspiration for extraterrestrials in science fiction. On Wednesday at 7PM, you'll meet an octopus raised as a pet! Gain new insight into the world of cephalopod research with the season premiere of Nature - Octopus: Making Contact. At 8PM, Nova - Inside the Megafire looks into last year's deadly California wildfires. Then watch Wild Metropolis at 9PM and discover the extraordinary ways wildlife makes itself at home in the world's cities. 

Thursday at 7PM on Father Brown, Julia orders Ben off to the washroom to smarten his appearance, but when he returns he is in a much worse state; stuffed inside a trunk with his head dripping with blood! At 8PM on Midsomer Murders, Harriet Farmer wakes up after being in a coma since the night she tried to elope. Soon afterwards, a serial killer strikes members of a chess club.  At 9:30PM on Shakespeare & Hathaway, Arden Constabulary's inundated with complaints about con-artists doing the rounds - and there's something familiar about the duo.

Friday at 7PM, watch the week's top news on Louisiana: The State We're In. At 8PM, Samantha Brown takes you along to travel & eat! At 8:30PM on Art Rocks!, meet Shreveport artist Josh Chambers whose use of saturated color gradients and whimsical imagery invoke a surreal and fable-like quality. At 9PM Great Performances: Now Hear This: Scarlatti - Man Out of Time travels to Spain and Morocco to discover the work of composer Domenico Scarlatti.

Saturday at 7PM, see your favorite British comedies back-to-back. At 9PM on A Place to Call Home, Sarah panics when she thinks she sees a villain from her past in Canberra. At 10PM on 800 Words, George and Woody fail to make up after Arlo's two-timing shenanigans. Next, on Front and Center at 10:45PM, Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Hozier. Then, Jazz Fest favorite Gary Clark Jr. takes the stage on Austin City Limits at midnight. 

Sunday brings another exciting premiere, but first at 7PM it's The Durrells in Corfu Season 4 on Masterpiece. An encounter with Daphne leaves Leslie pondering the possibility of fatherhood. Margo moves in with Theo, and Louisa is on the receiving end of some slightly confused romantic advances. At 8PM it's Poldark Season 5 on Masterpiece. Demelza and the children join Ross in London and Dwight’s expertise places him on shaky ground. And then another great Masterpiece premiere! At 9PM watch Press, a sharp new series set in the turbulent and troubled world of London newspapers.

This is another chance to hear the three leading candidates square off before you make an important decision about the direction our state will take.
