LPB's Very Merry Christmas Breakfast

Treat your family to LPB’s Very Merry Christmas Breakfast on Saturday, December 7 at the Raising Cane’s River Center in Baton Rouge. Santa will welcome you and your children while you enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet, Christmas stories, carolers and special appearances from Daniel Tiger, Curious George, Luna, Super Why, and Princess Presto. Make your children’s Christmas dreams come true this holiday season! 

  • Tickets are $50 for LPB members and $60 for non-members. Children under the age of one do not need a ticket and must be seated on a parent or guardian's lap.
  • Tables seat up to ten guests. To be seated together, please make one pledge for all tickets.
  • Strollers will not be permitted inside the ballroom due to space. A stroller check in will be available at registration. High chairs/booster seats will not be provided.
  • If a person in your party requires handicap accessible seating, please contact our office at (225) 767-4214 after you reserve your seats.

Purchase your tickets by Friday, November 15th for a chance to win a family four pack of tickets to see Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood Live on Saturday, February 1 at the Saenger Theatre in New Orleans.

Xavier Riddle and the Secret Museum Premiers November 11th on LPB

On Monday, Nov. 11 at 8 AM on LPB or 1 PM on LPBKIDS, meet @XavierRiddleHQ, a new @pbskids show based on the children’s book series “Ordinary People Change the World” by @bradmeltzer and @chriseliopoulous. XAVIER RIDDLE AND THE SECRET MUSEUM follows the adventures of the intrepid Xavier Riddle, his indomitable little sister Yadina and their reluctant, yet determined, friend Brad along with their robot buddy, Berby. In each episode, the trio faces a problem and must turn to the Secret Museum to travel back in time to meet real-life historical figures when they were kids to help them solve it.

November PBS KIDS Family Nights - Starting @ 6 PM on LPB KIDS!

November 1 -- Tonight's @PBSKIDS Family Night is a WordGirl marathon! As you watch, write down any new words your family discovers as a reminder to practice them later.

November 8 -- Calling all space explorers! Tonight's @PBSKIDS Family Night is a @OfficialReadyJetGo marathon! How many out-of-this-world space facts can your little one discover? 

November 22 -- We're celebrating kindness and gratitude with your favorite @PBSKIDS shows. Between episodes, chat about what you're thankful for. 

November 29 -- It's a warm, fuzzy and furry take on "A Christmas Carol." The spirits of Nature Past (Daisy), Present (Squeeks), and Future (Hal) visit Nature Cat on Christmas Eve. Find out what they have to tell him on the premiere of "A Nature Carol" during Friday's @PBSKIDS Family Night!
