The Program

Louisiana Public Broadcasting and the Council for A Better Louisiana (CABL) will hold a forum with incumbent Mary Landrieu and challenger Suzanne Haik Terrell on Tuesday, November 26 from 7:00-8:00 PM CST. The forum will air on the six-station LPB network. WLAE-TV32 in New Orleans will air the program at 9:00 PM CST.

The debate, which is being underwritten by the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) and the Junior League of Baton Rouge, will take place in the studios at the LPB Telecommunications Center in Baton Rouge. LPB President/CEO Beth Courtney and CABL President/CEO Barry Erwin will moderate this discussion of important issues in the campaign.

“I am pleased that LPB and CABL can once again join forces to help bring the issues in this campaign to the people through this debate,” LPB President/CEO Beth Courtney said.
