Crab Meat Au Gratin
 
Ingredients:

cup onion, chopped
cup bell pepper, chopped
cup butter or margarine
tablespoons of flour
5 1/3 ounce can evaporated milk
salt & pepper to taste
cups lump crab meat
cup parsley, chopped or minced
cup grated cheese
tablespoons paprika

Directions:
Sauté onion and bell pepper, in margarine or butter. Slowly stir in flour, stirring constantly. Slowly stir in evaporated milk, stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper to taste, crab meat and parsley. Pour into individual foil crab shells or a casserole dish which has been sprayed with PAM. Sprinkle cheese and paprika over the top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly about 20 minutes.
Serves 6.
