Shrimp Au Gratin
 
Ingredients:

lb shrimp, peeled & chopped
tbsp margarine
stick margarine
c flour
c evaporated milk
oz American or Cheddar cheese, shredded
tbsp minced onion
c green onion tops, chopped
salt and pepper

Directions:
Sauté shrimp in 4 tablespoons margarine. In a separate pot, melt 1½ stick margarine. Stir in flour. Add milk to make a white sauce. Bring to a boil. Add cheese, onions, green onions and sautéed shrimp. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon into individual baking dishes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
