	Ingredients: 3 1/2 1 1 36 1 egg whites tsp cream of tartar cup sugar tsp vanilla Ritz crackers cup chopped pecans Directions: Beat egg whites until foamy. Add cream of tartar and beat until very stiff. Add sugar and vanilla. Fold in cracker crumbs. Fold in pecans last. Pour into a pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
