Pea Salad
 
Ingredients:

large can early peas, drained
medium onion, grated
salt & pepper to taste
boiled eggs, peeled & chopped
cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Grate onion over peas in a bowl. Add rest of ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate or serve immediately (better if left standing for a couple of hours). Serves 4.
