Crabmeat Special
 
Ingredients:

cup mayonnaise
cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
cup finely chopped green onions
14 oz cans (or jars) artichoke hearts, drained and thinly sliced
pound fresh crabmeat
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and pour into a 3-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot. Serves 6.
