Blaise's Salad
 
Ingredients:

cup green onions, finely chopped
cup celery, finely chopped
cup bell pepper, finely chopped
15 ½ ounce can shoe peg corn, drained
15 ounce can very small peas (petit pois)
cup vinegar
cup oil
red hot sauce

Directions:
Throw everything together and serve. Better if prepared the day before and refrigerated.
