Tired of seeing
gardening shows that tell you how to raise posies in Indiana?
That's why Louisiana Public
Broadcasting has produced Louisiana Gardening, a special
dealing with landscaping, and growing flowers and vegetables in Louisiana.
Louisiana
Gardening is a two-hour
special hosted by popular New Orleans
gardener Dan Gill, the co-author
of the Louisiana Gardener's Guide and the author of Month-by-Month
Gardening
in Louisiana. Gill, who hosts a radio show and does a weekly gardening
segment on WWL-TV, gives tips on how to solve the problems that
keep you from having a great flower bed or vegetable garden.
Dan is joined by camellia expert Art
Landry, butterfly gardener Linda
Auld, and Bill
Fontenot, an expert on landscaping using native plants.
