FAQs for the Share your Story button:

1. Click the button.

2. Choose to WRITE or TELL your story.

3. On clicking the "Continue" button, you will be brought to the area to enter your story (and, if telling, given the phone number and a story number.)

• If you have chosen to WRITE your story:
Be prepared to type your story in the space provided
(3000 characters/ ~500 words, copy & paste for easy submission.)

or

• If you have chosen to TELL your story:
Call the toll-free number, state your story number, and you will have 5 minutes to clearly state your story.
