ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Comparison of LSU Random Survey Results to LPB On-line Survey Results

The following charts compare two sets of data. The charts on the LEFT are derived from survey responses from 52 Baton Rouge-area citizens polled by the Public Policy Research Lab at the Reilly Center for Media and Public Affairs at LSU. (Fifteen respondents from this original group participated as audience members in the Louisiana Public Square "Economic Development" program, which aired June 16. See the "Before" and "After" Charts to see how their views moderated as a result of discussing the issues and speaking with Governor Kathleen Blanco.)

The charts on the RIGHT are derived from the responses of visitors to LPB's website who answered the same questions given to the group of 52.
