IF NOT, Why? You Said:
Before:
- "According to FEMA, little damage to qualify. Also in areas proposed as "green space"
- Because I would be penalized for having insurance coverage
- Cameron Parish is in a flood zone area
- construction cost alone are triple whatever this plan will provide; insurance higher costs will result in more uninsured
- "Devil is in the details. Can't tell from current info. Could be 0-12k, depending on interpretations"
- flood zone areas
- I don't understand how it would help with rental property
- I hopefully will be fully protected by flood insurance
- Not enough money
- relocate option does not cover costs sufficently
- "The damage assessments are not consistent. After deductions it doesn't appear I will get much. Based on what I heard, only low income/bad credit qualify for loan."
After:
- because of insurance payments
- does not add any assistance beyond $$ which I hopefully will get from flood insurance
- no need
- not enough money
- rebulding costs
- rising costs of everything
- still no hard numbers
- will mortgage co. negotiate lesser payoff balance
