What is podcasting?
Podcasting combines the terms iPod and broadcasting to describe a new kind of radio for your computer and MP3 player. Some have described podcasting as a kind of "TiVo for audio" on the Internet.

A podcast enables you to easily download audio files to your computer. Most podcasts are MP3 files. When you use podcasting software to "subscribe" to LPB's feed, it checks our site regularly and starts a download whenever it finds something new.
