Chasing the American Dream in Louisiana – Part Two LPB’s Kelly Spires turned to the writings of 19th century French historian Alexis de Tocqueville to better understand the status of equality, community and the American Dream in Louisiana. Our state has seen two epic rainfall events this year. In part two of her series, Kelly visited Monroe to check on recovery efforts. SHARE
