Bringing the Thunder to Baton Rouge!

Producer Sharon Browne is introducing her brand new show, entitled Celtic Thunder, which features five male Celtic vocalists, to U.S. Audiences. Friends of Louisiana Public Broadcasting is thrilled to bring Celtic Thunder to the Baton Rouge River Center Arena on Monday, November 24 at 8:00 p.m.

From rousing ensemble numbers to solos showcasing each members’ vocal style and personality, Celtic Thunder performs powerful ballads, popular hits, and heartwarming songs of love and loss from across the Celtic music spectrum—Irish, Scottish, traditional and contemporary. You’ll love “Heartland,” “Mountains of Mourne,” “Ireland’s Call” and “Caledonia” as well as “Nights in White Satin” and “I Want to Know What Love Is.”

Concert tickets will not be shipped until November 1, 2008.
