LPB strives to bring you programming, on TV and on the Web, that encourages discussion of key issues, events and ideas. Please help us keep our discussion boards a place for safe, constructive dialogue by following these key guidelines:

- ALL points of view are welcome, as long as they are presented as part of a civil exchange.

- Profanity, hate speech, personal attacks, spam, and off-topic posts will not be tolerated - we will delete such posts and/or ban users who contribute them.



By registering to participate in the discussion board, you acknowledge that the material you post to the discussion board shall not be confidential and agree to the following terms and conditions for use of the discussion board:

You are responsible for the content of any information you post to the discussion board. The information posted to the discussion board does not necessarily reflect the views of LPB and in no event shall LPB assume or have any responsibility or liability for any information posted to the discussion board or for any claims, damages or losses resulting from the use and/or appearance of such information on the discussion board.

You shall not post, publish, transmit, reproduce, distribute or in any way use or exploit any information related to the discussion board for commercial purposes. In connection with your use of the discussion board, you shall abide by all applicable federal, state or local laws, including those pertaining to such areas as libel, slander, defamation, trade libel, product disparagement, harassment, invasion of privacy, tort, obscenity, indecency, and copyright or trademark infringement. Repeat infringements may result in your being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.

You shall not post, transmit or make available in any way through the discussion board any software or other materials which contain a computer virus, trojan horse, timebomb, worm or other rogue programming ("Rogue Programming"). LPB has no obligation to detect the presence of any Rogue Programming. Any downloading of software or other materials or any other use of the Information on the discussion board is at your risk, and you are advised to take adequate precautions to minimize any loss to your system caused by Rogue Programming, including use of anti-virus programs and proper backup of files.

LPB does not have any obligation to monitor or control any information that is or becomes available on the discussion board. Notwithstanding the foregoing, LPB reserves the right to review any information that is or becomes available on the discussion board, and reserves the right to refuse to post, remove, edit, move or close any topic, in whole or in part, that is - in LPB's sole discretion - unacceptable, undesirable or in violation of these rules, including but not limited to messages that are profane, libelous or off-topic.

As a user, you agree to any information you entered during registration being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, LPB cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempts that may lead to the data being compromised.

This forum system uses cookies to store information on your local computer. These cookies do not contain any of the information you entered during registration; they serve only to improve your viewing experience. Your e-mail address is used only for confirming your registration details and password (and for sending new passwords should you forget your current one).

LPB has no obligation to exercise any of the rights that it has reserved herein. LPB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY INFORMATION IS COMPLETE OR ACCURATE, THAT THE DISCUSSION BOARD WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE OR THAT ANY INFORMATION IS FREE OF ROGUE PROGRAMMING.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, SHALL LPB BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT MAY RESULT FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE DISCUSSION BOARD, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION USE OF OR RELIANCE ON INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE DISCUSSION BOARD, INTERRUPTIONS, ERRORS, DEFECTS, MISTAKES, OMISSIONS, DELETIONS OF FILES, DELAYS IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, NONDELIVERY OF INFORMATION, DISCLOSURE OF COMMUNICATIONS, OR ANY OTHER FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE.

YOU HEREBY RELEASE AND WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND/OR LIABILITY AGAINST LPB ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE DISCUSSION BOARD. YOU ALSO AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS, LPB, FROM AND AGAINST, ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR LIABILITY, INCLUDING COSTS AND ATTORNEYS FEES, ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE DISCUSSION BOARD OR FAILURE TO ABIDE BY APPLICABLE LAW.

These rules may be modified by LPB from time to time and such modifications will be binding on you when placed online.
