KLTL-DT (Digital)
Channel 18

Your antenna is the single most important part of the Digital TV receiver system. Check the condition of your antenna, cable, splitters and connectors. If they are more than fifteen years old with visible damage or corrosion now would be a good time to invest in new equipment. Keep the cable run as short as possible. If you have a cable run of 75 feet or more you will need a good quality antenna amplifier or "booster." Mount it as close to the antenna as possible. Metal buildings, trees, and terrain can block DTV signals, place your antenna accordingly, and try to give your antenna a clear "view" of the broadcast tower (higher is usually better).

If you have an indoor antenna, remember that the signal usually arrives through a window. Try moving your antenna near one facing our tower. Use the signal strength meter built into your DTV receiver to "peak" the antenna. Choose a channel and move the antenna to get the highest reading (you may have to compromise to pick up all the stations you want to watch).
